1. No Return or Exchange on Customized Products
All customized T-shirts and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once:

The design is approved by the customer

The order is confirmed for production

The product has been printed or customized
By approving the mockup/design, the customer agrees that:

The design is correct

Spelling and layout are verified

Size and color are confirmed
After approval, no changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Returns for Non-Customized Products
We accept returns only for non-customized items under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and unwashed

Item must be in original packaging

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Product must not be damaged by the customer
3. Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only if:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Size mismatch (only for non-customized items)

Manufacturing defect
Unboxing video may be required for verification.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Printed-on-demand products

Bulk orders

Discounted or clearance items

Used or washed items

Orders approved by customer before production
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only when:

Returned item is received and inspected

6. Replacement Policy

Wrong item delivered

Manufacturing defect
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:

Order has not gone into production

Custom design not approved yet
Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
8. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping (unless wrong/damaged product)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Teezadda is not responsible for lost return shipments
