Cancellation Return and Exchange
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy: Cancellation of an order is only possible before it is dispatched from our store. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not feasible.
While product returns are not available, we do allow exchanges for purchased items in the event of size issues. Each order allows a maximum of 2 product exchanges for the desired size.
Refunds are applicable only if the product is not delivered within 15 working days of placing the order.
